Pursuant to California Code of Regulations, Title 8 §11.5, prior to appointment as a new Q.M.E., all physicians must complete at least 12 hours of approved instruction on disability evaluation report writing. CME’s In-Person QME Report Writing Course is approved by the DWC to satisfy this requirement.
This in-person QME report writing and test prep course is highly recommended. It is held one week prior to the DWC QME competency exam and provides a great resource to prepare for the exam. Free parking, beverage service, lunch and WiFi are all included.
The live seminar is 8 hours long, including breaks. There is also a 4-hour distance learning exercise to complete at home to satisfy the 12-hour requirement.
Please check back March 2018 for details.
