BIO
Yashar Ilkhchoui, MD, QME, received his Doctor of Medicine from Tehran University of Medical Sciences. He did his anesthesiology residency at Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center and at the University of New Mexico. His pain medicine fellowship was completed at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles.
Dr. Ilkhchoui has been an anesthesiologist and pain specialist at Sherman Oaks Hospital/Encino Hospital Medical Center, Providence St. John’s Medical Center and Providence Tarzana Medical Center. His professional memberships include American Society of Anesthesiology, American Society of Regional Anesthesia, and American Academy of Pain Medicine. He has been on the editorial board of SM Radiology Journal, Journal of Clinical and Medical Case Reports, Journal of Cerebrovascular Diseases, Austin Journal of Neurosurgery, and International Journal of Anesthetics and Anesthesiology.
