Mark I. Singer, MD, FACS, QME, is a licensed Otolaryngologist who is available for PQMEs, AMEs or Independent Medical Evaluations (IMEs) at several locations throughout California.

BIO

Mark I. Singer, MD, FACS, QME, with over 50 years of medical expertise and experience, Dr. Singer is an expert witness who specializes in diseases of the ears, nose, and throat, hearing, head and neck melanoma, skin cancer face and neck, laryngeal cancer, throat cancer, tongue cancer, voice disorders, plastic & reconstructive surgery of the head and neck, Intraoperative radiation therapy for head and neck cancer, and telemedicine.



Dr. Singer received a Bachelors of Arts from the University of Michigan graduating with high distinction and received a Doctor of Medicine from the College of Physicians & Surgeons in New York. He completed an internship at Rush-Presbyterian St. Luke’s Medical Center in Chicago, Illinois, and completed a residency in pathology, surgery, and otolaryngology-head and neck surgery, as well as a fellowship in head and neck surgery from Northwestern University McGaw Medical Center in Chicago.



Dr. Singer has hospital appointments with the California Pacific Medical Center in San Francisco and with the Sutter Novato Community Hospital. He is also on faculty for the University of the Pacific, Arthur Dugoni School of Dentistry. Dr. Singer is a fellow to numerous professional organizations, has over 100 publications to his credit, and is medically licensed in California, Florida, Illinois, and Indiana.
