BIO
Cynthia L. Tays, DO, FIANM, QME, received an undergraduate degree in biology, graduating with honors from St. Cloud State University, and received a Doctor of Chiropractic from Texas Chiropractic College in Pasadena, TX, where she was also a clinical faculty member.
Dr. Tays is currently a qualified medical evaluator for the State of California Division of Worker’s Compensation, a peer reviewer for the Texas Board of Chiropractic Examiners, where she held prestigious positions on the board such as being chairperson (a position appointed to her by the Governor of Texas, Mr. Rick Perry), and a PACE reviewer of the Federation of Chiropractic Licensing Board. Dr. Tays is an expert witness and consultant for automobile liability cases for defense and plaintiff attorneys, and is a teacher/speaker for NACA Texas. Throughout her career, Dr. Tays has been the lead case reviewer, examiner, and consultant on numerous chiropractic committees.
Dr. Tays is medically licensed in California, Minnesota, and Texas.
