BIO
Rajeev Saggar, MD, QME, received an undergraduate degree in biology from the University of California, Irvine, and a Doctor of Medicine from University of California Irvine School of Medicine. He completed an internship and residency at the University of California Irvine School of Medicine, and went on to postdoctoral training at Sulpizio Cardiovascular Center at University of California San Diego and at the Ronal Reagan Medical Center at University of California Los Angeles.
Dr. Saggar is currently the VP of clinical sciences at Theravance Biopharma. Dr. Saggar’s professional memberships include American College of Chest Physicians, American Thoracic Society, International Society of Heart and Lung Transplantation, Pulmonary Hypertension Association, and World Symposium Pulmonary Hypertension Committee. Dr. Saggar has co-authored numerous peer-reviewed publications.
Dr. Saggar is medically licensed in California and Arizona.
