BIO
Roberto Rende, MD, QME, graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in biology from Stanford University. He completed his Doctor of Medicine degree at Tulane University School of Medicine, an internship at AMI Hospitals in Denver, CO. and a residency at University of California, Irvine.
Dr. Rende has been running a private practice in ophthalmology, as well as being the ophthalmologist for Physicians Network Services, and for Beach Eye Medical Group. He is licensed and certified with the American Board of Ophthalmology, California State Medical license, certified on B&L, NIDEK, and VISX Exciser lasers, and on B&L and NIDEK Microkeratomes and INTRALASE. During his career, Dr. Rende has performed over 3,000 refractive surgery procedures.
