Ellen M. Modell, MD, QME, is a licensed Neurologist who is available for PQMEs, AMEs or Independent Medical Evaluations (IMEs) at several locations throughout California.
DR. MODELL BIO:
Ellen M. Modell, MD, QME, received her undergraduate degree in chemistry from University of Missouri, and earned her Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Kansas School of Medicine. She completed an internship and residency at the University of Kansas Medical Center.
Dr. Modell currently is a qualified medical evaluator (QME) earning her certification in 2021 and is medically licensed in the State of California. She is a member of the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology, and have held prominent positions such as Medical Director of EEG/EMG Lab, Medical Ethics Committee, Critical Care Committee, and served on the executive board of the Washington State Neurological Society.
Dr. Modell earned a certificate of added qualification in headache medicine from the National Headache Foundation. This is a significant and highly sought after designation for those who suffer with post traumatic headaches.
