BIO
David K. Padgett, DO, QME, received a Bachelor of Science in biology from Erskine College and a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed an internship with Phoenix General Hospital and a residency with Stanford University. Dr. Padgett was a clinical instructor at Touro University of Osteopathic Medicine from 2007 to 2011.
Dr. Padgett has been running a private practice in rehabilitation & pain management since 1992 and is also a physiatrist at RehabOne Medical Group and at IPM Medical Group. He is a diplomate with the American Osteopathic Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation as well as a diplomate with the National Board of Examiners for Osteopathic Physicians and Surgeons. Dr. Padgett is a member of the California Society of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and a member of the Osteopathic Physicians and Surgeons of California. Dr. Padgett has been providing his medical-legal expertise since 1997.
