BIO
Alex Sable-Smith, MD, MPH, QME, received a Bachelor of Arts degree in neuroscience from Colorado College, Colorado Springs, CO, a Master’s degree in public health and a Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Missouri. Dr. Sable-Smith completed a residency at University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus, and two fellowships, one in hospice and palliative medicine and the other in pain medicine, at Stanford University in Palo Alto, CA.
Dr. Sable-Smith is currently a pain medicine physician at Fienberg Medical Group, and a staff physician at the VA Palo Alto clinic. He was also an associate clinical professor at Stanford University. Dr. Sable-Smith has numerous certifications and professional memberships to his credit.
