BIO
Eric Wexler, MD, PhD, QME, received a Bachelor of Arts in biochemistry from Vassar College. He went on to earn a Doctor of Philosophy and a Doctor of Medicine from Albert Einstein College of Medicine. Dr. Wexler completed a residency in psychiatry at Stanford University, and completed three fellowships, a fellowship in psychopharmacology research at Stanford University, a fellowship in aging research at Palo Alto Veterans Hospital, and a fellowship in Neurogenetics at the University of California, Los Angeles.
Dr. Wexler was a full-time clinical professor at the UCLA David Geffen School of Medicine, in the Division of Geriatric Psychiatry and the Center for Neurobehavioral Genetics, and an assistant professor at Semel Institute: Center for Neurobehavioral Genetics & Division of Geriatric Psychiatry. Dr. Wexler is a board-certified psychiatrist in practice for over 20 years, specializing in psychopharmacology and neuropsychiatry. Dr. Wexler currently run a a private psychiatric practice in Santa Monica.
