Jasen Christensen, DO, QME, is a licensed Psychiatrist who is available for PQMEs, AMEs or Independent Medical Evaluations (IMEs) at several locations throughout California.
BIO
Jasen Christensen, DO, QME, received a Bachelor of Science degree in cellular/molecular biology from Cal Poly Humboldt and a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from Western University of Health Sciences. He completed an internship and residency in psychiatry at the University of New Mexico.
Dr. Christensen is an associate professor of psychiatry at the University of New Mexico School of Medicine and serves as the Medical Director for Behavioral Health Integration and Expansion at the UNM Health Sciences Center. Dr. Christensen has several publications and has conducted and/or participated in numerous research projects.
Dr. Christensen is a member of the American Psychiatric Association and is medically licensed in both California and New Mexico. He is board certified in psychiatry with the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology, and in addiction medicine with the American Board of Preventive Medicine.
