Robert Aptekar, MD, QME, is a licensed Orthopedic Surgeon who is available for PQMEs, AMEs or Independent Medical Evaluations (IMEs) at several locations throughout California.
BIO
Robert Aptekar, MD, QME, received his undergraduate degree from John Hopkins University in Baltimore, and earned his medical degree from University of Michigan Medical School. He completed an internship and residency in Orthopedic Surgery at Stanford University, where he was also a clinical assistant professor, and one year later was named Chief Resident of Orthopedic Surgery at the National Institute of Health.
Dr. Aptekar is currently on staff at numerous hospitals and surgical centers in about the San Jose area. His Orthopedic expertise and specialization include total hip replacement, total knee replacement, knee arthroscopy, and shoulder surgery. Dr. Aptekar has a vast amount of experience, training, and expertise.
